When will my order ship?
Please allow 1–3 business days for us to begin processing your order. Once your order is packed and ready, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
How long does shipping take?
We offer regular shipping within Canada and the USA, which takes approximately 5 to 12 business days. Express shipping is available and usually takes 3 to 9 business days. Free shipping is offered within Canada on orders over $90 and typically takes 4 to 8 business days. Overall, you can expect your order to arrive within 8 to 15 days from the date you place it.
What’s your return policy?
All sales are final. We only accept returns if the item arrives damaged or if the wrong size was sent. If there’s an issue with your order, contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.
Can I exchange for a different size?
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you received the wrong size due to our error, we’ll make it right. Just reach out to support.
What can I do when an item is sold out?
When an item is sold out, the first thing you can do is place a pre-order. This gives you early access to the item once it’s back in stock. You can also subscribe to our SMS and email list to stay updated and be the first to know when a restocking is coming.
Do I need an account to order?
No account is required — you can check out as a guest. But creating one helps you track your orders and speed up future purchases.
